Рада: Мы часто берем их в свои команды в Конкурсе, они сейчас занимают 4 место в женском Кубке наций, уступая лишь сборным Германии, России и Франции, и у них до сих пор нет собственного топика в нашем Клубе... ИМХО, несправедливо... Rada: Contract extension questionable: Interview with China's coach Klaus Siebert Klaus Siebert has been the headcoach of Chinese Biathlon since 2006. Since then, he has been doing developmental work. The World Champion in the Individual race of 1979 has been able to make a few changes, but a lot of things remain problematic for the man from the East German state Saxony. Communication, of course, is difficult, and then there is the different mentality. In the interview with biathlonworld.com, the 52-year-old seemed resigned, as he takled about the current situation within the team. It's unthinkable for other coaches, but Siebert often has no idea what is on the mind of most of his protégés. Rada: Я так поняла, что контракт у Зиберта истекает в конце сезона, и он пока не согласился бы его продлить... Специально даже уточнила у друга значение фразы "At the moment I wouldn't agree to an extension right away.", ибо сама с англицкой мовой не дружу... Характеристики проблем девочек тоже напрягают... Хотелось бы видеть команду уровня прошлого года.
